We do not share, sell, or rent information about our customers to others. Period. That goes for information collected on this website or on our mobile app. We earn a living by creating simple products to solve big problems; we don't earn a living by selling your information to other marketers. We value the trust that you place in us and want you to know that you have complete control over your information. You are welcome to opt into or out of communications from us at any time.
This website, the checkout process, and payment gateway are all secure. When you make a purchase here, your payment information is encrypted by the wizards who handle payment processing. We don't have access to your electronic payment information.
Kidstible Sleep Trainer — Privacy Policy

Kidstible ("we," "us," "our") makes the Sleep Trainer iOS application, a companion app for the Kidstible LED lamp. We built this app to give you peace of mind, and that includes peace of mind about your data. This policy explains what information the app handles, where it stays, and what we don't do with it.
The short version
The Sleep Trainer app does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. It has no user accounts, no servers, no analytics, and no advertising. Everything the app needs lives on your phone and your lamp.
Information the app does not collect
We do not collect:
• Your name, email, phone number, address, or any contact information.
• Your child's name, age, or any personal details about them.
• Location data of any kind.
• Usage data, diagnostic data, or crash reports.
• Advertising or tracking identifiers.
We do not share or sell any data with third parties, because there is no data to share.
Permissions the app uses
When you first use the app, iOS will ask your permission for the following. You can review or change these at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security.
• Bluetooth — Required to find and connect to your Kidstible lamp over Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). The connection is between your phone and your lamp only; no information is transmitted to Kidstible or any third party.
• Notifications (optional) — Used solely to remind you to open the app and re-sync your lamp's internal clock around Daylight Saving Time transitions. Notifications are scheduled locally on your device.
Information stored on your phone
The app stores the following on your device only, using Apple's standard local storage (UserDefaults). None of it leaves your phone:
• The Bluetooth broadcast name of the last lamp you connected to (e.g., Kidstible-000524), so the app can reconnect automatically next time.
• A nickname you choose for each lamp you pair with (e.g., "Tommy" or "Lily"), so the app can show a friendly name in the menu.
• Internal app preferences.
All of this information is deleted when you delete the app from your device.
Information stored on your lamp
Your Kidstible lamp has its own onboard memory and stores the following directly on the device:
• A device nickname.
• Scheduled routines (start times, rise times, colors, etc.) that you create through the app.
• The lamp's internal real-time clock.
Because this information is stored on the lamp, any phone that pairs with the same lamp can read and modify it. This is the intended behavior — it lets two parents share one lamp without duplicating setup. You can erase the lamp's stored nickname and routines at any time from the app: menu → My Device → Clear Configuration.
Third-party links
The app contains links to public pages on kidstible.com (FAQ, Troubleshooting, About Us, Account Info, Terms of Service) and to a Kidstible explainer video on YouTube. When you tap one of these links, the page opens in Safari or the YouTube app, where the respective service's own privacy policies apply. We recommend reviewing YouTube's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy if you plan to watch the explainer video.
Children's privacy
Sleep Trainer is designed for parents and caregivers to operate; the lamp itself is intended for use around children, but the app is not intended to be used by children. Because the app does not collect any personal information from any user, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have somehow received information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will respond promptly.
Data security
Because no personal information is collected or transmitted, there is no remote database that can be breached. The Bluetooth connection between your phone and your lamp is a direct, short-range link.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the Effective Date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, note the change in an app update. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.

Bean & Berry App — Privacy Policy
Data Retention Bean & Berry stores all data (including child profiles, meal history, and Fuel Points) locally on your device only. No data is transmitted to or stored on external servers. Data is retained on your device until you uninstall the app or manually delete it within the app's Settings.
Data Deletion You can delete your data at any time by:
- Removing individual child profiles in the app's Settings screen
- Uninstalling the Bean & Berry app from your device, which permanently removes all locally stored data Since no data is stored on our servers, no additional deletion request is necessary.
